The recruitment of our future collaborator young people proceeds in several stages:
Study of the CV and the covering letter, tests and talks individual.
We endeavor to reduce the number of talks (2 to 3) to pass as well as the time between each one of them.
Our in charge of recruitment and the operational ones seeks to appreciate the potential, the aspirations, the motivations and the experiment of the candidates.

Your candidature definitively selected, you are invited in our buildings, in Paris or in the area for which you postulate, in order to take part at the various stages of our recruitment:
You witness a presentation of the company: our trades, our projects, our policy RH etc This presentation made by operational tested is illustrated concrete examples and allows you to better understand our positioning and our stakes.


Your selected candidature, you meet a manager in order to validate your technical skills and/or functional calculuses and to exchange with him on the station proposed.

A last discussion with operational makes it possible to concretize the proposal for a collaboration.

The co-optation takes part in our success and by joining us, will know that you will be our best ambassadors and that we will be able to recognize it.
