Job Description:
As an Industrialization Engineer (M/F) or Pilot Manufacturing Leader (M/F) you will be responsible for the industrialization of sub-systems in various projects in the automotive sector:
Your main missions will be:
– You carry out the design of the production system with the machine capabilities
– Study, define, update the definition of the production system (equipment, tools, flows, ranges,…)
– You document and capitalize the entire design of the production system
– You support the first “client” applications
– You carry out the FMEA process
– You update the economic indicators (costs, investments,…)
– You inform about the realization of the activities, the risks or opportunities.
– You coordinate the activities of contributors for deliverables related to manufacturing (Logistics, process specialists, factory teams)
– You define the essential characteristics for the product and for production.
– You are in charge of manufacturing, delivery, analysis of prototypes and quality of deliverables in manufacturing
Profile Description:
You have a Bca+5 in mechanical or process engineering with at least 3 years experience as an industrialization engineer, especially in a production environment.
You are organized, you have a good sense of contact and you like to work in synergy with all the stakeholders of your projects.
Your English is fluent and you are mobile.
