Our CSR policy
"We do not inherit the land from our ancestors, we borrow it from our children" Antoine de Saint-Exupéry
For the group, being socially responsible means not only fully meeting the applicable legal obligations, but also going beyond them and investing more in human capital, the environment and stakeholders, in order to enable: economically relevant, socially responsible development with the least possible impact on our ecology.
This CSR policy is reflected and supported by commitments in various areas:
- Economic aspect where ethics is consolidated with a voluntary policy of responsible purchasing. Our goal is to achieve a perfect balance between economic objectives, employee expectations and the requirements of customers and suppliers through a policy of transparency.
- Social aspect where working conditions, equality and respect are the pillars of our HR policy, we consider the development of human capital as central to the success of a company
- Ecological component, where an eco-responsible strategy is applied and is valued by an integration to the United Nations Global Compact in the global effort to reduce waste production, and to limit gas emissions and save energy.
Today, all of these values are articulated and drive our corporate social responsibility (CSR) policy.
As a result, all of our daily activities integrate sustainable development issues by taking into account the social and environmental impacts caused by our activities. Whether for our own needs or for those of our customers.
