Job Description:
As a Metrology Engineer (M/F), you will work for an automotive supplier and will be responsible for the following missions
– Manage the laboratory’s equipment and materials
– Define the metrological needs according to the laboratory’s activities and the normative requirements
– Manage the laboratory’s reference standards and ensure their connections
– Create and update verification reports and associated calibration procedures.
– Plan the calibration and verification operations of the equipment
– Ensure compliance of analytical equipment and materials
– Plan, organize and control routine preventive and corrective maintenance of measuring equipment
– Anticipate and prevent the evolution of standards and control criteria
– Evaluate the impact of metrology issues on the reliability of analyses
– To carry out the technological and normative watch
– Respect the specific safety rules of the devices and equipment
– Maintain and update measurement uncertainty calculations
– Participate in updating the laboratory’s documentation in accordance with IATF 16949 and ISO 17025 standards
Profile Description:
Graduate of an engineering school (bac+5), you have a first experience in the field of management of metrology park. Technical English is essential.
