Job Description:
In a dynamic environment such as the automotive sector, we are looking for supplier quality engineers:
– Quality management of suppliers of electromechanical components from the development phase to mass production
– Manage suppliers to meet quality requirements and objectives
– Coordinate all quality related tasks on all projects based on vendor needs and requirements
Your activities will be :
– Ensure internal and customer technical specifications are met by the supplier, identify, track and manage all quality risks of electro-mechanical component suppliers.
– Establish PPAP file: to approve electrical components and connectors, complete supplier process and assist in purchasing, to validate production capacity
– Responsible for approving the Supplier FMEA, control plan, test equipment and participates in the validation of the Supplier FMEA, FTA and DVP (Design Validation Plan) with the experts
– Drive supplier performance quality improvement, PPm and SNCR reduction (drive supplier management quality review, process audit and quality performance monitoring).
– Lead the Supplier Quality Action Plan to resolve issues.
Profile Description:
You have an engineering background (BAC+5) with a good knowledge of Quality and reliability/operational safety tools as well as validated professional experience in the supplier quality field.
Technical Skills:
Software FMEA, hardware D&PFMEA, fault tree analysis, capabilities, process audit, electronic and system worst case analysis, reliability, dependability (“Sureté de fonctionnement”).
You are fluent in English, international experience is a plus and you have good communication skills.
