Job Description:
As a Methods Engineer (M/F), your main function is to optimize the manufacturing process of our client’s products, an automotive equipment manufacturer, in order to improve its competitiveness.
Your main missions:
– design and coordinate the manufacturing project
– determine the technical, human and financial needs by optimizing their efficiency
– prepare and define the manufacturing processes
– control the application of procedures and analyze data from test tools
– train the operators in the defined methods
– identify dysfunctions, corrective actions and changes to be made
– propose improvements, anticipate technical evolutions
– provide technical support to the production, quality and maintenance departments
Profile Description:
You have an engineering degree (bac+5) and you have a first successful experience as a method engineer, especially in the automotive sector.
– mastering computerized production management software (CAPM, CMMS, CAD/CAM, etc.) and control software (BPCS) or failure identification and analysis software (FMECA),
– know the methods of work organization, auditing techniques, and the supply chain,
– master team management,
– knowledge of technical English.
